This apartment is situated in an historical building, overlooking the most ancient square in Geneva’s old town. The owner is an Art collector, grown up in Japan and in the United States, with a special fascination for the asian culture. To him, the house has to be a “refuge harmonieux”.
Our decoration project redefines the spaces by changing colours, adding textiles and furnitures, as well as supporting the customer in choosing some of the Art pieces.
We worked on new chromatic harmonies, adding a tapestry look like wallpaper, as well as pieces of furniture that reshape the space, without overturning the pre-existing aesthetic. Curtains, rugs and fabrics have been very important in this project.
