Project Eynard

This 250 mq apartment with a 100 mq mezzanine located in Parc des Bastions area, at the bottom of the Vieille Ville in Geneva, was meant to be renewed and put on the market.

Our intervention was mainly thought to create a neutral structure that could be furnished afterwards.

A complete renewal included the lighting, the wooden shelving, the floor and the selection of the entire colour palette, which we made, getting inspired by the tones of the surrounding architectures.

We also took care of redesigning the spaces adding all the technical services for the house as well as the projects for the kitchen, the laundry, the kitchenette, and all the features that make this project the highest standard housing.

The kitchen was entirely custom designed with a high container wall and a bench that runs on the opposite side, becoming a shelf.
The central part of the kitchen is meant to hide all household appliances.
Opposite to the container wall we designed a special shelf that becomes a bench for the kitchen table. A graphic element that becomes a useful yet practical piece of furniture.
The library, communicating with the dining room with a hidden door, is redesigned to become a relaxing space where to watch tv and read.
We cut a piece of the huge master bedroom to host a walk in closet made by measure.
